This company is amazing ! They have always come out the same day every time I need service and repaired my system quickly and efficiently. I quickly received a call from Ann in the office and she had me set up with an appointment ASAP, even though I am fairly far from their office. Not only that, but they ended up coming way earlier than promised to get me cooling off as quick as possible.

I needed a lot of the hard ductwork fabricated for a new air filter system and all new flexible ductwork to my vents installed in my system. The team leader spent just a few minutes in my attic and came back down to ground level. He proceeded to fabricate the entire system from memory. He never used a straight edge or a ruler and everything fit perfectly. Watching him was a show. This was definitely not his first rodeo! The whole team worked well together. They completed the job in about 7 hours. They did an excellent job.

Our air conditioner went out in the middle of a hot September day. We called All-star and had temporary air conditioning units delivered that day for a few days until they were able to come give us a new system. It was nice not to have a gap where our house got hot.Within two days we had two new air conditioners and an all new duct system, along with smart thermostats. The employees installing the system never stopped working.

Trenton thoroughly explaining the best choices for my house, he made it an easy decision. All Star came out at 8:30 the next morning and replaced the heating and AC system, I can’t believe how cold and quit this system is.

The owner serviced my mothers A/C my referral and promised to check in on her during the summer months to make sure everything wad up and running for the summer as she couldn’t she couldn’t afford a new unit when he initially was called out and repaired what he could, a temporary fix if you will.

FANTASTIC!! I can’t even begin to tell you how grateful we are to have found Ed Newby and his company!! The first time I called Ed was in 2016 after our 3-year old $6000 top-of-the-line A/C unit went out. The company that installed it (scammers who shall remain nameless & will NEVER step foot in our house again!- No matter how many good reviews they supposedly have!) told us the high-pressure refrigerant had caused a leak in the coil (?) and we’d have to pay $1000 for the labour to fix our warranty-covered unit. Wait, what?..

I have used a number of Houston air conditioning and heating and repair services over the years and dissatisfied. Either their prices were ridiculously high or they manufactured problems and charged me to fix them. One repair service polked holes in my heater when all he had to do was relight the pilot light.
