In fact, he came to our home on three occasions to discuss our plan.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  I was told over the phone that it would cost 89$ to come over to relight the water heater after a new gas meter was installed. They ended up charging me 189.00.I asked them what the originally quoted 89$ was for, just to say Hello! They did relight the water heater but I am not happy with the bait and switch.No repair was done. Buyer beware!

Today's visit was for the replacement of our 18 year old water heater. Working by himself, Collin the tech got started on time but had to stop twice for parts he didn't have on his vehicle. Even with those interruptions, he finished in a reasonable time with little disruption to our household activities. She is knowledgeable, honest completely fair explains how everything works, and the process found all kinds of things that other companies didn’t find And we had other work by other companies that were ruining our system and she was able to find that as well. The previous company, who installed the AC and ducts, kept saying it was normal. She was able to diagnose the problem, provide solutions and remedy the situation.
