I’ve spent a small fortune on A/Cs, ductwork and electrical work over the past 10 years from this company. They replaced both of my A/C units, came out to service them a few years later, and then tried to have me pay thousands of dollars to fix the drain lines they themselves installed “incorrectly”. During the service, they failed to clear the lines and then asked for another $400 when we pointed it out - keep in mind, we have a service contract. Latest issue was that they practically bullied us into replacing the electrical panel, then failed to label the panel, and lied about it on the invoice. When we asked them to correct the error, they showed up without a uniform, ID or a work truck and asked me to run around the house telling them what lights went on and off. This was all something I already paid THOUSANDS of dollars for that they lied about being completed. They walked into my house with no booties, full of attitude for me pointing out that their work was not up to code or as described on the invoice. Word to the wise! Do not use this company!
